Knicks Vs. Pelicans Game Review 12.21.24

"They’re back! The Knicks looked like the team from last year that dominated sub-500 teams, finding alternative ways to win and getting the job done. The Brunson Burner was hot and lit a flame to help ignite the Knicks, whose offense was sometimes stagnant. You have to credit the New Orleans Pelicans' defense, as those young boys took away the Knicks' bench, holding them to six points while holding every other player to sub-20 points. They made it a contest by challenging the Knicks, especially defending them at a high clip. However, these Knicks were more than resilient with their 2nd half-heroics as they spawned some road MVP chants for Cap. Also, it’s hard to credit the Knicks for going up against one of the league’s worst offenses, but I felt the Knicks' defense kept the Pelicans at bay.."

Knicks Vs. Wolves Game Review 12.19.24

"Karl-Anthony Towns emphatically won the battle for revenge against the former teams in a 30-point thrash! The Big Bodega appeared dumbfounded by his work, refusing to express his innermost thoughts on the TNT telecast postgame interview. The emotions were riding high, and Towns and Julius Randle had a point to prove. However, as you'll see in one of the notables listed below, they went about it differently. While Donte was quiet until the 4th and Brunson posted a cool 14 and 6, Mikal Bridges had another outstanding performance; 29,6 and 6 is his remarkable stat line. Bridges has been the Knick of the month, despite Town's prowess and exploits in recent games; however, Bridges has a model of consistency for a more extended period than no other Knick has shown in December. Lastly, there was no beef, callouts, or talking to the opposing benches, as an unsettled Randle appeared to avoid post-game pleasantries. This was a gentleman's beatdown and a 30-point thrashing indeed."
